I'm not technical. Will I be able to do this?

Yes. The kit gives you copy-paste prompts and a step-by-step install guide for every connection — every click explained. If you can use WhatsApp and email, you can use this kit. No coding, and no prior AI experience required.

Will I get in trouble for using AI at work?

Not the way this kit teaches it. Nothing sends without you reading it — every workflow is draft-first. You never paste patient or client personal details into an AI tool — the kit's Privacy Gate teaches exactly what to leave out. And Day 31 of the Roadmap hands you the exact script to make it official with your manager. You're not sneaking — you're rehearsing.

Do I need to pay for AI tools?

No. On Claude, the whole core kit runs on the free plan — including connecting your email and calendar. Your AI writes drafts straight into your Gmail, and it cannot send anything — that switch is off at Anthropic's end. On ChatGPT, email connections need ChatGPT Plus (about $20/month). The only paid extra on Claude is the run-it-for-me-every-morning schedule.
