Save Your Job is operated by Sajonix (Pty) Ltd in South Africa. This policy applies to digital products purchased from this store.

The 5-Hour Guarantee

Follow the 7-Day Plan included in the Receptionist AI Survival Kit. If the kit does not save you at least five hours during your first week of use, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. You may keep the kit.

To request a refund, reply to your receipt within 30 days and tell us it didn't save you the time — one short email, no interrogation, and you keep the kit. (No receipt handy? Email support@saveyourjob.co.za with your order number.)

Digital Products

Because the kit is delivered digitally, it cannot be physically returned. Refund requests outside the 5-Hour Guarantee are considered where:

• you were charged more than once for the same order;
• the supplied files are materially defective and we cannot provide working replacements within a reasonable time; or
• a refund is required by applicable South African law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit after Shopify processes it.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, or other applicable South African law.
