The Receptionist AI OS · for owners & office managers
More output from the payroll you already have.
About five paid hours a week at your front desk go to work AI now does in minutes — the same emails, the meeting minutes, the follow-ups, the diary juggling. Full rate, every week, for work that no longer needs doing by hand.
You don’t need to hire anyone, and you don’t need to replace anyone. One Business Licence turns the receptionist you already pay into the person who runs AI at your front desk — and buys those hours back without hiring.
or 4 payments of about R325, interest-free with Payflex
Five hours of paid time back in their first week, or every cent back — and you keep the kit.
The desk you already pay for. Measurably faster.
START-HEREsaveyourjob.co.za- Your receptionist’s Monday minutes: 45 min by hand → 4 min with the kit — measured, and it’s automation #2 of 7
- Drafts only — nothing sends without them reading it (that switch is off at Anthropic’s end)
- 52 prompts, 7 install guides, 10 templates — built and tested on real front-desk work
- Backed by the 5-Hour Guarantee — every cent back, keep the kit
01 The payroll leak
Five paid hours a week is six working weeks a year.
Every week your front desk pours paid hours into work that doesn’t need a person doing it by hand — rewriting the same replies, typing up minutes, chasing follow-ups from memory. It never shows up as a line on the P&L, but you’re paying full rate for it: take the desk’s hourly rate, multiply by five, then by 52. That’s the leak this licence closes.
- 1The licence hands the repeatable work to AI — drafted in seconds, ready for a quick human check.
- 2Your receptionist stays the last word — nothing sends without them reading it. Draft-first, always.
- 3The paid hours come back — redeployed to the calls, the walk-ins and the clients. Same payroll, more of it spent on work that actually needs a person.
Honest numbers: workers already using generative AI report saving about 2.2 hours a week today. The kit is built to get a front desk to five in its first week. Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, 2024–2025.
Weekly time receipt
One front desk
Every week. Roughly six working weeks of paid time a year — now multiply by what that desk costs you an hour.
02 What your payroll stops paying for
No one gets replaced. The repeat work does.
The licence sets up AI for the specific, repeatable jobs your payroll keeps buying week after week — and leaves the human work firmly human. Every one is draft-first: your receptionist reviews before anything goes out.
- ✓Email & confirmation replies — drafted in seconds from a short prompt; answered today instead of queued for Thursday
- ✓Meeting minutes & call handovers — rough notes in, clean minutes and an action list out
- ✓Follow-ups & the diary — tracked in one place, so fewer dropped follow-ups and fewer quietly lost bookings
- ✓The front-desk FAQ — answered consistently from your own information, not guesswork
- ✓Greeting, judgement & difficult moments — stay fully human. That’s the work worth paying a great receptionist for — the licence upgrades that person, it never replaces them
03 What the licence installs
One R1,299 licence. Six systems installed.
Everything your receptionist needs to run AI at the front desk — written for someone whose tools are WhatsApp, email and Word, not a developer. They install it themselves in the first week: no consultant on your invoice, no course on your clock.
The AI Skill Pack
Their AI already knows the front-desk job — calls, bookings, follow-ups — so the drafts are useful from day one, not after a learning curve. Works with ChatGPT, and with Claude (where the free plan covers everything). One-click setup, every click shown.
Seven Install Guides
Step-by-step guides that connect email and diary — every click explained, ChatGPT and Claude both covered, 5–20 minutes each. This is the difference between a prompt-pack PDF and a working system that keeps returning hours. Draft-first, always.
The Head of AI Roadmap
A 90-day plan that turns a capable receptionist into the person who runs AI at the front desk. Growing your best admin costs less than losing and replacing them — this is the retention half of the licence.
The Prompt Arsenal
52 receptionist-specific prompts, organised by task, as a quick-reference PDF and a copy-paste-ready text file. No blank-page minutes, no rewriting the same email from scratch.
The Template Pack
10 editable templates — emails, minutes, checklists, trackers — as real .docx files that open in Word or import straight into Google Docs. One standard for the whole desk.
Certificate, Control Centre + Lifetime Updates
An “AI-Ready: Receptionist” completion certificate, the Control Centre tracker that logs follow-ups and hours saved — your running proof the licence is paying for itself — plus a hosted updates page so the kit stays current without you ever buying it twice.
Honest, no fine print
One seat, or the whole front office.
The licence is per person — each receptionist runs it on their own login and their own tools. To equip three people at the front desk, you buy three. No seats to manage, no per-user subscription, no new monthly line on the books. Once-off, R1299 each, yours to keep.
Buying for your team? To equip three or more people, email support@saveyourjob.co.za for a consolidated invoice and setup help — each person gets their own download. Buying multiple quantities in one order works too: just forward each person their copy.
Equipping more than one person?
The Front Office Bundle — 3 seats, R2,499 once-off — about R833 a seat.
Three full kits (one per person — each gets their own download), one consolidated invoice for the business, and priority email setup help for the whole desk. That’s the whole front office equipped, once, for less than a single month of the AI-receptionist subscriptions being sold to your competitors — and this one you own. Get the bundle at checkout — or email support@saveyourjob.co.za today and we’ll invoice the business directly.
Also in production: the Office Admin and Bookkeeper kits — same system, their job. Ask us to reserve them.
The 5-Hour Guarantee
Five hours of paid time back in week one, or every cent back.
“Have your receptionist follow the 7-Day Plan. If it doesn’t save them 5 hours in the first week, reply to your receipt within 30 days and we refund every cent. Keep the kit.”
It’s a digital kit — there’s nothing to send back, so we don’t ask you to. If week one doesn’t return the hours, the licence costs you nothing and you still keep the kit. The risk sits on our side of the ledger, not yours.

Built in South Africa by Amalfi AI — we install these exact systems inside businesses. This licence is the same playbook, packaged for your front desk instead of a six-figure project: a once-off line item that hands paid hours back to the business every week after. — Josh Burton, founder

05 Before you decide
The questions owners actually ask.
Will my receptionist actually use it?
It’s built for that. Nothing needs code, every install guide takes 5–20 minutes, and the 7-Day Plan turns it into a habit in the first week. The Head of AI Roadmap gives them a reason to stick with it — a path to becoming the office’s go-to AI person, not just another tool they were handed. Adoption is the whole product here: a licence nobody uses buys back nothing, which is exactly what the guarantee covers.
Is it safe with our data? What about POPIA?
Yes. The kit’s Privacy Gate spells out exactly what must never be pasted into a public AI tool — ID numbers, banking details, medical and client information — so the desk stays compliant with POPIA and your own data rules. Drafts are written inside your own email and calendar; nothing sends automatically, and a person reviews every message.
What if she leaves?
Then the business keeps the system. The workflows the licence sets up — the email assistant, the trackers, the FAQ answers — live in your business’s own accounts, and the Control Centre documents how the desk runs. The next person inherits a documented system, not a mystery: an asset of the business, not a dependency on one person. The kit download itself is per person — re-equip a new hire for R1299 and they’re running the same system by the end of week one.
We use Outlook, not Gmail — will this work?
Yes. On ChatGPT, email connections (Outlook included) come with ChatGPT Plus. Claude’s Microsoft 365 connection needs a company Microsoft work account — your IT admin switches it on — so Gmail is the plug-and-play path there. And every workflow in the kit also runs copy-paste with any email system: draft in the AI, paste into Outlook, send.
Do we need paid AI subscriptions?
No — the licence is built to run without adding a monthly AI bill. On Claude the core kit runs on the free plan — including connecting email and calendar to draft replies (it cannot send on its own; that switch is off at Anthropic’s end). On ChatGPT, email connections need ChatGPT Plus (about $20/month). The only paid extra on Claude is the run-it-every-morning schedule.

06 The quiet advantage
Your competitors will pay monthly for robot receptionists. You can own the upgrade — once.
R1299, once, per person — no monthly fee, no robot answering your phones, no new headcount. If it doesn’t put five hours of paid time back in week one, every cent back — and you keep the kit either way. Your margin, your people, your call.
✓ More capacity from the payroll you already carry — no new hire, no subscription, no lock-in.
