Refund Policy

Everything we sell is a digital product, delivered instantly by download. There is nothing to ship and nothing to physically return.

All sales are final

Because you receive and can download the complete product the moment you pay, we do not offer change-of-mind or "I didn't get around to using it" refunds. By downloading the kit you agree that the sale is final and that no cooling-off period applies. Please read the product page and the FAQ before you buy so you know exactly what you're getting.

The one exception: our 5-Hour Guarantee

We back the kit with a real, performance-based promise. Follow the 7-Day Plan included in the kit. If it doesn't save you 5 hours in your first week, reply to your receipt within 30 days and tell us it didn't save you the time — one short email, no interrogation — we refund every cent and you keep the kit. Your rights under South African law

Nothing in this policy removes your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. If a product is genuinely faulty, corrupted, or not as described, reply to your receipt and we'll put it right — a real person reads every message.

How guarantee refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
